Highland City Center is an urban neighborhood in Highland, California (based on population density).
Medium-sized (three or four bedroom) to big (four, five, or more bedroom) single-family homes and apartment complexes/high-rise apartments make up the majority of real estate in Highland's City Center. The majority of residential properties are occupied by a combination of owners and renters. Many of the homes in the City Center area were built between 1940 and 1969 and are older and well-established. Between 1970 and 1999, a number of houses were also constructed.
